Here's a brief overview of what to expect on install day:

- Crew arrival window is between 8 am - 10 am. Someone needs to be at home, inside access for the crew will be required, and you should prepare for a full day of noise. Battery installations require periods of power outages.

- It is possible that we'll need to park in your driveway to unload the equipment. If so, we'll let you know and you can move your car out to the street so that we don't block you in.

- It's also a good idea not to have any vehicles parked in an area where if someone were to drop something from the roof it would damage the car.

- The electrician will start at the electrical panel and will need access to it. The roof crew will need access to the attic if you requested an attic run, for about a few hours later in the day.

- The equipment will include ladders that can reach your roof height, the solar panels, combiner box, wiring and necessary conduit, and other materials for your project.

- We will unload all equipment and properly install the ladders for safety. If it is a multi-day installation, we will consult with you about the best placement of the equipment so that it stays dry and secure.

- Your system will be operational, but not activated, at the end of the installation. Next comes inspection!
